"Hello, My Name Is Missy and I'm a Cutter" is a collection of works of sliced hyperrealist figures, Krueger presents a dialogue of desire, displacement and self-reflection. He extensively labors over each piece, and then fearlessly destroys the surface by cutting, collaging and discarding the pieces. These altered images allow the viewer to place their desires in the voids, giving the work a reinvigorated reading.
